If you are not completely in love with your new purchase, we will gladly exchange or return within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
To make an exchange or return, simply email us at email@example.com with subject line: “Return Authorization Request” and include the following information in the body:Full Name

Name of Item
Reason For Return
Type of Return Requested (Exchange, Refund or Store Credit)
Once we receive your email and approve your RMA request, we will issue an RMA number with instructions on returning your merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all credit card, Paypal, or Google Checkout refunds. If you wish to make an exchange or receive store credit, the restocking fee will be waived.
Please be advised that all sale, exchanged, price matched, vintage, antique, and special order items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any return merchandise shipped to Moondance Jewelry that is not in its original packaging or is without a valid RMA number marked on the outside of the package(s) will be refused. Moondance Jewelry reserves the right to deny any return, refund or exchange that does not comply with these policies. Moondance Jewelry is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit and strongly advises packages are insured for the full value paid. Return shipping for denied merchandise will be charged at the customer’s expense.
We ship USPS insured and offer Priority or Express Mail within the US. International orders are shipped via USPS International Air. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and package value. Please refer to your order form for exact shipping charges, as they are calculated once an item is added to your cart.
