What is your return/exchange policy?

Our in-store policy is different than our online policy.
Purchases made in store may be exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase for another item or store credit. Store credit expires after 1 year.
Purchases made online may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

How can I tell if the item(s) I want is in stock?

Due to the nature of our jewelry gallery we cannot guarantee any product listed on our website is in stock. If your item needs to be ordered we will contact you within 24-48 hours of your placed order to provide you with an estimated time of arrival (typically 4-6 weeks). Discrepancies in price may exist on our website due to fluctuations in the price of gold, gems and precious metals. Some items may not be available any longer from the designer. If that is the case we will contact you within 24-48 hours of your placed order.

If you need your item(s) within a certain time frame, please contact us and we can let you know when it will be ready to ship. If we need to special order your item(s) we will contact you within 24-48 hours of your placed order to provide you with an estimated time of arrival.

What is a Special Order?

If the piece you want is not in stock or isn’t available in the color you want, we are happy to help you with a special order. Once we receive payment, we place the order directly with the design studio. As soon as your order arrives at the store, we will call you to ship or pick-up. Special orders typically take between 4-6 weeks, however, production time can vary. We will always do our best to accommodate your time frame or deadline. Special orders are always final sale.

How is your jewelry sourced?

Our gallery is curated by Moondance’s owner and buyer. All the designers we carry are hand-picked and carefully considered. We carry many local designers, as well as several international designers from all over the globe. We are always on the lookout for up-and-coming designers, so if you have a great suggestionplease email [email protected].

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Jewelry care depends on what kind of jewelry you have (ie. Gold Fill, 14k Gold, Brass, Sterling Silver, etc.) Please contact us to obtain specific care instructions on your special piece.

Do you take repairs (even if the jewelry wasn’t purchased at Moondance)?

Yes! We are able to take repairs for things like broken chains, ring resizing, replating, changing clasps, etc. Our typical repair time frame is about 2 weeks. Pricing varies for repairs, but we will give you an estimate when you drop the piece off.
