Based in beautiful San Diego, Kanwar Singh has carved a niche for himself in the local and regional markets as an innovative designer and creator of exquisitely handcrafted jewelry. By providing custom designs and a wide range of products since its inception in 2001, Kanwar Creations has been able to cater to the varying tastes of its diverse clientele.

Kanwar’s inspiration comes from many sources; primarily a marriage of his Indian heritage with his American environment. By combining the old with the new, the timeless with the contemporary, Kanwar has been able to express his individuality through his unique designs.

No two people are exactly alike and similarly, each of Kanwar’s designs is one of a kind.

“My creations are an extension of my personality, which in turn is shaped by a variety of influences and experiences,” he says in his native Punjabi. “Therefore, each of my designs is different, a reflection of the many facets of life itself.”

Kanwar’s passion for jewelry extends beyond design-he also has a long running fascination with gemstones. He sources his own stones and regularly visits mines in the US, India, Thailand, Colombia and various other countries. He also attends numerous gem and jewelry trade shows all over the world in order to stay on top of the ever changing nature of the jewelry industry.
